Welcome to my website!

I am job market candidate for 2026 Fall- at McGill University.

My research interests lie at the intersection of macroeconomics and labor economics, with a focus on how worker heterogeneity shapes firm dynamics and, through them, aggregate macroeconomic dynamics.

I am especially interested in the workforce composition firms choose over their life cycle: which type of workers firms hire as they age and grow. My research focuses on how the workforce interacts with firm dynamics and its implication on aggregate productivity.
